Leh Ladakh, Nubra and Sham Valley Tour Itinerary
Day 1
On arrival at Leh Airport meet our representative who will transfer you to your hotel in Leh. Upon arrival, proceed for check-in at your hotel. Remainder of the day will be for rest, to acclimatize. Since you are reaching an altitude of 4000 mtrs approximately from 200 mtrs in just one hours time, you may be excited and would want to explore everything on your very first day. However, it is your body which needs to get acclimatized to such height and climate. We sincerely suggest that you rest on the first day for body acclimatization. Full Day Rest and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4
Today we proceed to Pangong Tso, also known as Pangong Lake - one of the world's highest saltwater lakes. The most notable feature of this lake are its ever-changing hues. The lake acts as an important breeding ground for a large variety of migratory birds like Brahmani Ducks, Rare black necked cranes and Seagulls.

- Expenses for tips, laundry, liquors, wines, mineral water, telephone charges, oxygen cylinders, camera fees, and items of personal nature.
- Any cost arising due to natural calamity or road blockage must be paid directly by the guest as per usage.
Payments Terms
- Payment and Cancellation terms
- Full payment has to be paid at least 30 days prior to departure.
- For bookings less than 30 days prior to date of departure, full money is to be paid at the time of booking.
- Tickets & Tour Documents would be issued 4 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation/Amendments:
- If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment,the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:
- When a Cancellation Is made - Cancellation Charges per person
- on or before 30 days prior to the departure of the Tour - Initial deposit amount
- 29 -15 Days prior to the departure of the Tour - 50% of the Total Tour Cost
- 14 days or less prior to date of departure or a "No Show " on the tour - 100% of the Total Tour Cost.
- Confirmation policy:-
- The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
- The client has to complete 75% (25+50 %) of total amount within one month from the booking date.
- The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- Cancellation policy:-
- Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package.
- Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
- Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention
- Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be Charged as retention.
